A special event in Perth’s historic St George’s Cathedral on the Terrace
Monday 3rd December at 7.30pm
This year is the 200th anniversary of the birth of authori and tireless worker for the poor – Charles Dickens. Happily, Dickens’ writings are as popular as ever, but sadly, the poor are still with us. Combine the great writer’s A Christmas Carol, yuletide carols and music, a group of Perth’s finest performers and you end up with A Dickens of a Christmas!
This colourful entertainment has one purpose, to raise funds for the purchase of street-swags for the poor and homeless, forced to live on the streets of Perth and Fremantle.
Tickets – $20 adults and $10 all concessions are available from the Cathedral office. Phone (08) 9325 5766 or email email@example.com for more details.
